Important Announcement

1. Econas Sdn Bhd is the registered trademark proprietor/owner of the following trademarks “ECONAS”, the Econas logo and the tag line “The Green Standard”.

Econas Sdn Bhd (ESB) has authorised, approved and granted a Licence in Perpetuity to Econas Energy Sdn Bhd (EESB) to use the trademark “ECONAS”, the Econas logo and the tag line “The Green Standard”.

2.Econas Sdn Bhd (ESB) has granted Econas Resource to Energy Sdn Bhd, also known as ER2E, a limited fixed term license to use only the name “ECONAS” in the registered name of the company, not beyond December 2026.

3. With effect from 03rd March 2026, Econas Sdn Bhd (ESB) and Econas Energy Sdn Bhd (EESB) NO LONGER have any direct or indirect interest, directorship, ownership, management, business relationship or any form of connection to, and or with Econas Resource to Energy Sdn Bhd, (also known as “ER2E”) and/or its management, despite granting the use of only the name ECONAS in its registered name not beyond December 2026.

There is no longer any connection professionally, commercially and/or contractually between ESB/EESB and ER2E.
